This Western-inspired editorial at Whitehead Farms, planned and designed by Helena Elizabeth Events, reimagined rustic charm with an elegant, fashion-forward twist.
The Setting
Nestled in the quiet green fields of Brooksville, Whitehead Farms served as the perfect stage for this sun-drenched story. The open air, moss-draped oaks, and peaceful pastures evoked an old-soul Southern beauty – while every styled moment layered in elevated texture and design-driven details.
The Tablescape
At the heart of the design, the tablescape set the tone: grounded yet sophisticated.
Helena Elizabeth Events layered organic texture with modern structure, pairing warm caramel accents and dark, grounding tones against crisp whites and soft greenery.

The Fashion
The bride’s minimalist satin gown, styled with a Western hat and undone waves, exuded quiet confidence—equal parts grace and grit. Her look captured the heart of the shoot: contemporary romance with a hint of rebellion.
The groom’s black tux and cowboy hat echoed the theme—classic with a Western nod, creating a seamless pairing of old and new.
Golden Hour
As the sun dipped lower, the light softened into a purple haze. Each frame by Calista Manfre Photography became a study in texture and color – The palette felt endlessly romantic: lavender, ivory, honey, and earthy brown against the green landscape.
The Bar Scene
Inside the barn, the energy shifted. The corrugated metal bar—anchored by a custom cowhide runner—set the mood for something playful and cinematic. The bride lounged effortlessly across the bar, champagne in hand, surrounded by candlelight and florals by Westover’s Flowers.
